Village Produce ships merchandise to virtually all locations worldwide via USPS First-Class and Priority International Mail. As a result of utilizing the United States Postal Service, tracking numbers do not accompany outgoing packages. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. If a package does not arrive in a timely manner and you believe it has been lost, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that an item needs to be returned for any reason other than physical defects, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover all associated shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition, a full refund for the cost of goods will be issued. In the event of an exchange, the customer again is responsible for covering all associated shipping costs.
